Nice Design
Nice URLs
Satisfactory Information Architecture (Small things like the constant large sidebar "ask a question" leads to constant dead end feeling. Overall, impressive given the content though)
Only one minor minor niggle. The front page feature nav is awful. One link turning into three sub links at regular interval. Awful usability on top of awful accessibility.

Which is a shame, as it's a stain on a lot of hard and good work. So don't let that deter you. Fix it, and it's marvelous.

(This of course doesn't mention the content. TheSite overtook TalkToFrank for drug information a long time ago for me)
