Brief bio: tell us a few facts about you & your interest in digital aspects of work with young people
I'm passionate about making youth support services more accessible, relevant and useful. Me thinks digital and social media will play a big role in this.
Years ago I designed, developed and delivered digital arts community projects which trained young people labelled "hard to reach" to engage, train, mentor and coach their peers.
I then co-founded the Youth Coaching Academy- Life Coaching for and by young people in 2001.
Nowadays, I train and coach youth workers and teachers to be even more effective. With a strong emphasis on practical, easy to understand strategies of success. I also pretend to be a very intelligent consultant for a variety of organisations.
I would love to add value to what you do. Please get in touch and we can see how we can create a win win.

What training do you deliver? You can visit our blog: http://lecp-training.ning.com/ and see the sort of things we are working on, but we are always on the look out for new innovative training for the Youth Workforce. You can also e-mail me tony.cisse@londoneastconnexions.co.uk and we can discuss further
