Brief bio: tell us a few facts about you & your interest in digital aspects of work with young people
I work full time for The Prince's Trust on a alternative curriculum programme called xl and also part time as a senior youth worker for Stockton Borough Council.

I particularly enjoy encouraging young people to take responsibility for their targets or achievements. i.e. having young people run the tuck shop, plan the activities, even things as simple as making a phone call etc.. Often simple tasks, day to day skills that perhaps have limited opportunities for development these days are a key area, i like to work on.
